Lobor - map location
On the area of 61 km² in 10 settlements 3669 inhabitants live. On the beautiful hills below the mountain Ivančica many ruins of the old fortresses and castles, as well as many churches and chapels (St. Maria Gorska, St. Ana and St. Peter) are to see. In Lobor the annual sacral performances, such as Lobor Fašnik, the celebration of St.George and the international Off Road Festival are held.
The untouched nature, the clear and unpolluted air, the clear brooks, the cultural monuments and the healthfulness of the people are the main characteristics of this area on which the religious, rural and trips tourism could be developed very intensively.
