Stubičke toplice is a well known tourist destination and a popular resort for daytrippers. The old swimming baths, still known as Maximillian’s Spa, were established in 1811 and their beauty and modern facilities still attract numerous visitors. The rehabilitation part of the spa is under rennovation and aims to become the leading rehabilitation center in Croatia.

The temperature of water at spring ranges from 43 to 69° Celsius and besides indoor swimming-pools there are also outdoor pools. The thermal water is rich in minerals, sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium.
